If black screen perhaps because incorrect connecting or no signal enter into screen;If white screen is generally caused by reverse cable connecting with screen port ,incorrect resolution;So pls double check your connecting ,resolution ,or try with diffeent signal cable or signal resource ;If restarting again perhaps for the reason that current of power supply is too small ;Then pls try with larger current .Any problem ,Pls provide your screen model no. and connecting pictures, we will be able to solve in 12 hours.
